Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor HRBP for a logistics center, focused on analyzing, controlling, and optimizing personnel, working closely with Operations and HR to enhance efficiency. Dynamic and demanding environment with real potential for improvement We are looking for a Labor HRBP to join our logistics center in Sant Fruitós de Bages, with direct impact on the group's e\-commerce operations. This is a key position oriented toward analysis, control, and optimization of the primary operational cost: personnel, working very closely with Operations and HR. It is an on-site role designed for analytical profiles who wish to understand actual operations and make decisions with direct impact on efficiency. Responsibilities * Analyze daily personnel status across logistics operations * Validate staffing levels based on activity volumes * Identify deviations between operational needs and available resources * Plan hires, terminations, renewals, and personnel transfers * Monitor contract expirations, vacations, absences, and availability * Analyze labor costs and propose optimization measures * Manage personnel redistribution among logistics centers * Coordinate with HR on all labor and contractual incidents * Replace ETT personnel with permanent staff where feasible * Analyze workforce, turnover, and productivity data * Anticipate personnel needs during campaigns and peak activity periods * Act as internal control and audit figure for labor-related matters Requirements We seek an analytical, structured profile with operational business insight. Essential Requirements: * Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in personnel management within operational environments (logistics, manufacturing, or retail) * Knowledge of labor management and employment contracts * Analytical capability to work with workforce data and identify deviations * Understanding of labor costs and workforce optimization * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and HR * Residence in Bages or nearby comarcas (mandatory) * Personal vehicle Highly Desirable: * Experience in logistics, e\-commerce, or high-volume platforms * Experience working with ETTs (Temporary Employment Agencies) * Experience in workforce planning or team sizing * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) What We Offer * Stable position with direct impact on operations * Dynamic, demanding environment with real potential for improvement * Close collaboration with operational teams * Positive work atmosphere and interdepartmental collaboration
