We seek a kitchen assistant with a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (FP in Cooking and Gastronomy or equivalent) and a minimum of two years’ experience in high-level professional kitchens. The selected candidate will collaborate with the team in the daily preparation of dishes, contribute to kitchen organization and cleaning, and have the opportunity to develop culinary skills in a demanding and enriching professional environment. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates good organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, proactive attitude, responsibility, and motivation to be part of an established human and professional team. Tasks include supporting dish preparation according to chefs’ instructions, assisting in maintaining kitchen and work area cleanliness and order, collaborating in receiving and organizing raw materials and ingredients, and learning and applying techniques and procedures specific to a high-demand professional kitchen. The candidate must also comply with established food hygiene and safety regulations, demonstrating responsibility and interest in professional development within the kitchen team. * Experience: 2 years.
