**Description:** ---------------- At eXperience IT Solutions, we are seeking an ITSM Project Manager to join a large-scale, stable project within a Public Administration environment, collaborating with a leading technology-sector client. If you have experience in ITSM project management, ITIL Change Management, and are interested in joining a highly specialized team, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage projects related to ITSM platforms and processes. * Provide operational and administrative support to the IT Infrastructure Change Management process. * Coordinate, validate, and track change requests in accordance with ITIL best practices. * Prepare, coordinate, and track Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. * Produce executive reports, dashboards, and progress reports for area managers. * Participate in ITSM tool implementation, migration, or evolution projects. * Collaborate on implementing and improving ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Asset Management, Service Level Management (SLA/SLM). **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Long-term, stable project. * Annual gross salary of €50,000–€54,000, depending on experience. * 100% remote work mode, with occasional meetings at the client’s offices. * Residency in Madrid is valued due to occasional project requirements. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–14:30. (Intensive schedule for three months per year). **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences (Bachelor’s, Technical Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent). * Candidates with a Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) qualification in Information Systems Administration or equivalent will also be considered, provided they demonstrate the required additional experience: at least four years of experience in IT project management and experience in IT Infrastructure Change Management or IT Service Management. * Demonstrable experience working with ITIL processes. * Experience organizing and tracking CAB meetings. * Experience preparing executive reports and reporting. * ITIL certification. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * ITIL: Change Management, Configuration (CMDB), Incidents, and Problems. * ITSM tools, preferably BMC Helix ITSM. * Ability to consult, extract, and process information from corporate tools. * General knowledge of IT infrastructures: servers, networks, storage, virtualization, databases, cloud services. **Desirable** * ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional. * PMP. * PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner. * Experience with BMC Helix or Jira Service Management. * Scrum Master certification or Agile methodologies. * Certifications in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management, or EasyVista.
