We seek a professional with proven site experience and a passion for construction to participate in high-quality and sustainable building projects. This is an established company in the construction sector, specializing in both public and private building and rehabilitation projects. Headquartered in Zaragoza, they execute: * Single-family and multi-family residential buildings, including Passivhaus projects. * Industrial warehouses. * Educational, healthcare, and administrative facilities. * Comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation works. * Interior architecture. * Unique and innovative projects. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all construction project phases, from inception to final handover. * Manage and lead the on-site team, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to deadlines. * Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of drawings and technical specifications, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other technical staff. * Monitor the project’s technical and financial progress, anticipating and resolving issues or deviations. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations regarding safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental protection. * Coordinate the procurement, monitoring, and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain constant communication with the client, providing regular progress updates. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Site Manager in building and rehabilitation projects. * Solid knowledge of construction sector technical regulations and standards. * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Proficiency in construction management software: Presto, AutoCAD, Excel. * Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
