




Sumar Empresa d’Acció Social S.L. is opening a selection process to incorporate a person into the **Information and Communication Technologies area**. The selected candidate will become part of the technical team responsible for supporting the development, management, and continuous improvement of the technological systems serving the organization. Their main objective will be to contribute to Sumar's digital transformation, ensuring efficiency, security, and quality in technological processes. We are looking for a person with analytical skills, initiative, service orientation, collaborative work abilities, and commitment to the mission and values of the organization. **Requirements** The candidate must have experience and competencies in the following areas: * **Vendor selection**, including technical evaluation of proposals and coordination with external companies. * **ICT Project Management**, from initial planning through execution and closure, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines. * **Gathering functional** and technical requirements, working collaboratively with different organizational departments to understand needs and transform\-them into effective solutions. * **Functional analysis** of processes, with the ability to identify improvements and optimize workflows. * **Procurement processes**, including preparation of technical documentation and supervision of compliance with regulatory requirements. * **Drafting technical and functional specifications** for public contracts and tenders, ensuring quality and consistency with organizational needs. * **Administrative task management** arising from ICT contracts with the holder. **What do we offer?** **Working hours:** 40 weekly hours, Monday to Friday. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8\-5 PM (with flexibility in start and end times). **Contract:** Permanent **Salary:** 30\.000 € gross/year, paid in 14 installments. **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or ICT, Information Systems, or Information Technologies. **Experience:** Previous experience in similar roles **Desirable:** Experience in the public administration sector. **Competency Profile:** We seek a professional with an approachable communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and ease working in teams.
