Job Summary: Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper operation of systems and applications, and advising on technological decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure 2. Coordinate ERP implementation 3. Propose solutions to improve efficiency and security Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the correct operation of systems, networks, and applications. Act as the technical liaison with external vendors, advise management on technological decisions, coordinate ERP implementation across all modules, and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency and information security. * Document: systems, licenses, contracts, and current configurations. Prepare an inventory of technological assets. * Infrastructure management (servers, networks, computers, and mobile devices). * User account, permission, and access management. * Operating system updates, backups, and incident resolution. * Coordination of ERP implementation. * Management of external IT vendors. * Process automation and documentation of departmental progress.
