Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to maintain, repair, and manage incidents involving computers, servers, virtualization, networks, and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and configuration of Windows Server environments and virtualization 2. Network configuration, connectivity management, and perimeter security 3. Level 2 and 3 incident support (on-site and remote) We need to fill a full-time position; you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing necessary maintenance and repairs on computer equipment, and managing and resolving daily technical incidents • Server Management: Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). • Virtualization: Deployment and administration of virtual machines (Hyper\-V, VMware or similar). • Networks and Connectivity: Configuration of basic/advanced networking, management of corporate WiFi networks, and resolution of connectivity incidents. • Comprehensive Security: Implementation and monitoring of perimeter security (Firewalls, VPN) and endpoint protection (managed antivirus, EDR). • Technical Support: Level 2 and 3 incident support, both on-site and remote. * 2 years of experience. Prior experience in tasks similar to those described in this job posting * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Valid driver's license is mandatory * Driver's License Category: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2250' * Additional information of interest: Intensive work schedule from June 15 to September 15, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
