This is a key position within a 2-year project, strongly focused on providing operational support for system implementation, organizing information, and ensuring the ERP properly reflects daily plant operations. We seek an IT professional capable of understanding business processes and eager to engage in a real industrial environment, coordinating with various company departments. What will be your role? - Provide technical and functional support during the implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. - Prepare, review, and structure data required for proper ERP operation. - Collaborate with different departments to understand actual production, quality, procurement, and logistics requirements, and translate them into the system. - Participate in basic configuration, testing, validation, and project implementation monitoring. - Identify incidents, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities in system usage and data quality. - Support internal users regarding queries related to data, workflows, and ERP operational functionality. - Coordinate with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure an orderly and operationally useful implementation. What profile are we looking for? - Education in computer science, information systems, application development, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, ERP, or enterprise management software environments. - Interest or experience in ERP implementation, particularly in environments requiring deep understanding of operational workflows. - Local candidate from the Olot / Garrotxa area or with genuine availability to work on-site. - Practical, solution-oriented profile with ability to grasp both technical aspects and business realities. - Ability to work methodically, track data, detect errors, and coordinate with various stakeholders across production floor and office. Especially valued: - Experience in food industry manufacturing environments, especially meat sector. - Knowledge of industrial equipment and peripherals related to weighing and labeling, such as Bizerba scales, label printers, industrial scales, terminals, or industrial PCs. - Prior experience coordinating with production and/or quality departments and understanding actual workshop or plant workflow. - Strong Excel skills: tables, data validations, and data quality control. - Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or ability to rapidly adapt to this environment. What is offered? - A project with a minimum horizon of 2 years, with a clear vision of ERP system consolidation. - Working hours from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to adjust departure time to 16:00 depending on operational needs. - Annual gross salary between 32\.000 € and 40\.000 €, depending on experience.
