Emphasis on organization, discipline, and attention to detail **Department:** Internal Logistics **Reporting to:** Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Sabadell **Job Mission:** Carry out operational tasks related to receipt, verification, handling, and computerized registration of materials, ensuring traceability and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, in close coordination with the rest of the team and following the guidelines set by the department head. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Physical Receipt of Materials:** * Receiving and unloading goods. * Verifying quantities, references, and condition of received materials. * Reviewing delivery notes and associated documentation. * Reporting any incidents to the responsible person or relevant team. * **Documentary and Computerized Management:** * Registering delivery notes in ***Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central****.***(Business Central)** * Performing location transfers and internal movements within the system. * Updating stock levels and maintaining documentary archives. * Supporting the team in resolving stock discrepancies. * **Internal Movement of Materials** * Safe operation of forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and mechanical trolleys. * Storing and relocating goods according to established criteria. * Supporting production or preparing materials as required. * **Warehouse Order and Control** * Maintaining a tidy and safe working area. * Actively participating in inventories and cyclical stock checks. * Contributing to continuous process improvement together with the team. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Specific training in logistics or warehousing is desirable. * Valid official forklift operator license. **Experience** * Prior experience (minimum 1–2 years) in warehouse functions within industrial or logistics environments. * Regular use of forklift trucks. * Experience with ERP systems, especially Business Central or NAVISION DYNAMICS. **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of logistics documentation and receipt processes. * Ability to accurately record information in systems. * Safe operation of warehouse machinery. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety in logistics environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Highly collaborative profile**, oriented toward teamwork and supporting colleagues. * Organization and discipline in task execution. * Attention to detail and rigor in data verification. * Flexibility to adapt to changes in workflow. * Clear communication, adherence to procedures, and proactive attitude. **Ideal Profile** * A responsible, organized individual with initiative to collaborate with other team members. * Willingness to integrate into an operational environment where coordination and communication are key to departmental performance. * Motivation for hands-on, process-oriented work.
