Within Group IT, we are expanding our established Global Data \& AI Hub in Barcelona (Poblenou), which has successfully launched and continues to grow as a key pillar of our digital transformation strategy. The Global Data \& AI Graduate Career Program is now entering its next intake, building on the success of previous cohorts. You will benefit from: * Formal technical and professional training * Hands\-on work in real global projects * Continuous tutoring and personal mentoring * Exposure to senior leadership * A highly collaborative, agile, and international environment This program is built to accelerate your growth, strengthen your technical expertise, and help you develop into a future expert in your field. **Your role** As an Integration/API Engineering Graduate, you will join the Data and Integration/API Architecture and Engineering team, playing a key role in shaping Symrise’s enterprise\-wide data and integration strategy. You will contribute to building the foundational capabilities that enable digital and AI transformation at scale, working within a real\-world, global enterprise environment. In this role, you will support the development of a modern integration platform and API ecosystem, helping to implement an API\-first strategy that enables secure, scalable, and standardized data exchange across systems, regions, and partners. You will work on defining and applying architectural standards that impact a wide range of critical systems and business domains, while collaborating closely with data engineering and other technical teams. You will also gain exposure to cross\-functional collaboration, working with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into integration solutions.
