Coordinating staff recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes. Promoting professional development, performance evaluation, and team well-being. Supervising and executing labor administration (hiring, shift scheduling, etc.). Coordinating with Occupational Health and Safety services. Acting as liaison with the Workers' Committee and participating in collective bargaining processes. ### **Requirements** University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the socio-healthcare sector. Knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and talent management. Experience with computer tools and human resources management systems. Proficiency in office software at user level. Basque language: C1 level\. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, leadership, planning and organizational capabilities, as well as negotiation skills. ### **Offer** Indefinite-term, full-time contract. Working hours: Morning and afternoon shifts (except from June to September, when continuous morning shifts apply).
