HR Payroll Technician

We are currently seeking to hire an HR Technician. **Requirements** Experience: At least 2 years in HR departments, having used Contrata, Sistema Red, and Casia. Other desirable qualifications: Education: Studies related to the HR field. Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel — intermediate level minimum, etc.). Prior experience in HR/Personnel Departments in state-subsidized schools and grant management will be positively considered. **Responsibilities** Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract modifications (Sistema Red). Preparation and administration of employment contracts and payroll. Processing of hiring procedures (Contrata). Administrative management of the Employee Portal. Administrative management of Attendance Control. Other administrative tasks within the Department. Administrative management related to training programs and courses. Incident and timekeeping management. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:15 Friday: 9:00–17:00 July and August: 8:00–14:30 Position type: Full-time, permanent contract Salary: €20.000,00–€22.000,00 per year Experience: * HR: 2 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
