We are a leading HR company specializing in the hospitality sector, and we are seeking an HR Consultant to join our office in Donostia. What responsibilities will be yours? \- Your role will be key to ensuring the success of our office—from talent acquisition to labor management and client service. These are some of your responsibilities: \- Analyze job descriptions provided by clients and define required candidate profiles. \- Post job openings on portals and contact training centers or job boards for effective recruitment. \- Conduct selection interviews, both telephone and in-person. \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Carry out client visits for follow-up when necessary. \- Manage administrative processes such as social security registrations, hiring, payroll contributions, absenteeism (sick leave, work-related accidents), and accident reporting. \- Coordinate occupational health and safety (OHS) actions, staff training, and information dissemination. \- Enter data for payroll calculation and closure, plus manage invoicing and garnishments. \- Handle procedures with public agencies and ensure proper filing and updating of employment documentation. \- Ensure timely delivery of contracts, OHS documents, and safety equipment, as required. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience in a similar position (1\-2 years) is desirable. \- Relevant academic background: degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Master’s in Human Resources. \- Availability for immediate start. \- Residence near Donostia city center. \- Personal vehicle for travel.
