The Global Data \& AI Graduate Career Program is now entering its next intake, building on the success of previous cohorts. As part of the 2026 intake, we offer a range of specialized graduate tracks including AI Enablement \& Community, Application / Full\-Stack Development, Data Engineering, Data Science / Machine Learning, DevOps, Integration / API Engineering, and UX/UI Design. Each role contributes to building innovative, data\-driven, and scalable digital solutions within a truly global and agile environment. **About the Program** ===================== The 12\-month global program is designed for recent graduates who want to launch their careers with Symrise through a structured and immersive learning journey. You will benefit from: * Formal technical and professional training * Hands\-on work in real global projects * Continuous tutoring and personal mentoring * Exposure to senior leadership * A highly collaborative, agile, and international environment This program is built to accelerate your growth, strengthen your technical expertise, and help you develop into a future expert in your field. **Your role** As a DevOps Trainee, you will gain hands\-on experience building scalable, automated, cloud\-native environments within a global enterprise setting. You will support the development and operation of applications and data products used across the organization, including mission\-critical systems, while learning and applying modern DevOps practices. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized platforms. You will work with technologies such as Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, helping to automate deployments, improve development workflows, and enhance overall engineering productivity. You will also support the creation of monitoring solutions and dashboards to ensure system reliability, performance, and availability. Working closely with development, data, security, and platform teams, you will help strengthen operational excellence across cloud infrastructure and global engineering environments. This role offers a strong learning opportunity to develop skills in DevOps, cloud engineering, automation, and DevSecOps practices in a collaborative and fast\-paced environment. **About you** **You should have:** * A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, or similar) * Graduation no later than **31 July 2026** * Maximum **2 years of prior professional experience** in a similar role * Availability to start full\-time in **September 2026** **Eligibility requirements:** * **EU citizenship is required** (we do not offer visa sponsorship) * For **candidates based in Spain**, employment will be under a **local Spanish contract** * For **eligible candidates outside of Spain**, employment may be arranged via the **VIE program (subject to Business France eligibility rules)** * + Candidates **must not have previously completed a VIE assignment** + Age must be **under 29 at the time of hiring** + Willingness to **relocate to Barcelona (Poblenou)** **You ideally bring:** * Strong analytical and/or technical skills depending on the role * Interest in data, AI, software development, or digital innovation * Strong communication and collaboration skills * A proactive, curious, and learning\-oriented mindset * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, international environment * Advanced English (C1 / TOEFL 95\+) **Our offer** A unique opportunity to start your career in our established and expanding Global Data \& AI Hub in Barcelona (Poblenou).
