We know you by name, care about your personal well-being, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We are seeking an experienced **Functional Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst** to strengthen our QA team in Madrid, driving testing strategy and ensuring stability for complex applications in digital environments. * **Analysis and Definition:** You will analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications, tender documents, and **User Stories**, contributing to documenting business rules for applications. * **Testing Strategy and Coverage:** You will design testing strategies and coverage matrices for complex multi-application projects, authoring detailed test plans and test cases. * **Test Data Management and Execution:** You will create integrated test data in collaboration with partners and business areas, executing test cases to ensure maximum quality. * **Incident Management and Reporting:** You will report, document, and track incidents in **JIRA**, recording results and preparing acceptance/qualification reports (PV of qualification). * **Technical Verification:** You will perform tests via calls to **APIs/technical interfaces**, maintaining up-to-date repositories for regression and non-regression testing. * **Support and Continuous Improvement:** You will propose and implement improvement actions, providing Level 1 support and reproducing production incidents. **What will make you successful** **Must-have (Essential Requirements)** * **Experience:** Between **7 and 10 years of solid experience** as a test and qualification analyst in digital environments. * **Languages:** Native-level **Spanish**, **advanced/very high English** (mandatory), and **bilingual/more highly valued French**. * **Work Models:** Availability for **in-person work in Madrid** (minimum 2 days per week onsite, with a maximum of 10 remote working days per month; fully on-site during the first month of onboarding). * **Travel availability:** Ability to undertake occasional onboarding trips to Paris. * **Technical knowledge:** Technical-functional profile with strong understanding of **APIs** and hands-on experience using **Postman**. * **Methodology:** Prior experience in **Agile** environments and e-commerce purchasing flows (**B2C**). **Nice-to-have (Valued Positively)** * Experience using **Azure DevOps**. * Specific domain knowledge in the **transportation sector**. * **ISTQB Advanced** certification.
