We’re proud to be a **leading tech delivery partner** for French ETIs, supporting their long-term success. **Job Description** ----------------------- Within our maintenance division, we provide preventive and corrective maintenance for a portfolio of our business applications serving ETI clients. Given our expanding activity, we are seeking an intern to support us in the operational management of this maintenance. Your daily work will involve great project diversity, varied technical contexts, and diverse challenges. The team operates along two main axes: **Corrective Maintenance** * Identify, analyze, and fix issues reported via our ticketing tool. You’ll be on the front line diagnosing bugs, reproducing problems, and proposing robust fixes. **Preventive Maintenance** * Anticipate risks before they become incidents: code audits, dependency updates, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction. You’ll actively contribute to keeping applications healthy over the long term. You may occasionally handle simple DevOps tasks (e.g., deployments, environment configuration), though this is not the core focus of the role. On a day-to-day basis, your primary responsibilities will include: * Analyzing and processing incoming incident tickets (qualification, investigation, resolution, documentation) * Reproducing and fixing bugs in existing codebases * Exploring and applying AI to boost your own and your team’s productivity * Participating in code reviews and technical audits * Updating dependencies and ensuring environment compatibility * Writing or improving technical documentation * Proposing improvement paths for your projects **Candidate Profile** -------------------- ### **Technologies You’ll Work With** Tech stacks vary per client project, but the most common technologies you’ll encounter are **JavaScript / Node.js** and **PHP**: * Web: React, Next.js, Nest.js, Symfony, Sylius, Django * Mobile: React Native, Flutter * Cross-cutting: SQL/NoSQL, Github/Gitlab, REST APIs * Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, Wordpress, Shopify, Sentry, Grafana Feel free to apply even if you don’t yet master all these technologies.
