Your mission is to assist guests and provide all requested information regarding our HOTEL and the island, carrying out the necessary arrangements to fulfill this role. \- Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guests’ special requests. \- Identify and address potential complaints or claims, disseminating them and following up with involved departments until resolution. \- Provide other departments with information regarding special guests or relevant situations. \- Promote sales of additional services and products. \- Project a positive image to guests, fostering goodwill and loyalty toward the company. \- Provide guests with information on activities available both at the hotel and across the island.
