Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and trustworthy individual for comprehensive facility maintenance, including daily repairs and coordination with external service providers. Daily repairs and minor installations We need a person to oversee comprehensive facility maintenance in the PLAZA area of Zaragoza. The role requires a versatile and trustworthy individual capable of performing daily repairs, minor installations, and ensuring all systems operate correctly. In addition to technical tasks, the role includes coordinating visits and administrative matters with external service providers such as HVAC, security, and elevator companies. At least two years of relevant experience is required, along with solid knowledge of electricity and technical training in maintenance, plumbing, or carpentry. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and basic proficiency with computer tools are mandatory. This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 18:00, and Friday intensive hours until 14:45, offering an annual gross salary of 21\.000 euros.
