Stable projects in a growing company A growing construction company specializing in residential building is looking to hire a **Facilities Engineer** to serve as **Production Manager** on construction sites located in Cádiz city. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and control of installation execution on site (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, etc.). * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision of proper execution in accordance with design documentation and regulations. * Cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Support to the Site Manager in overall project organization. * Resolution of technical issues during execution phase. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy or related field). * Prior experience on residential construction sites, preferably in installations. * Ability to organize and manage teams. * Knowledge of applicable technical regulations. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, AutoCAD, etc.). * Residence in Cádiz or willingness to commute. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company with stable projects in the region. * Potential for professional development and progressive assumption of responsibilities. * Good working environment and dynamic team. * Economic conditions negotiable according to candidate’s experience and qualifications.
