Main ***responsibilities*** include: 1\. Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of air conditioning systems across various buildings, including steam boilers, air conditioning units, air compressors, electrical systems, etc. 2\. Scheduling inspections required by applicable regulations, responding to breakdowns as needed, and supporting other colleagues in building maintenance. 3\. Recovery of fluorinated gases, leak detection and repair, and various repairs to refrigeration systems. 4\. Indoor air quality measurement and energy consumption monitoring. **Requirements** -------------- ***Education***: Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance or Industrial Refrigeration, FPII and/or Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems. ***Experience***: Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in a similar role and/or company. ***Knowledge in:*** * Electronics, plumbing, systems, hydraulic motors and pumps. * Electricity and basic PCI. * Air conditioning / Industrial refrigeration. * Office software and computer operation. ***Desirable qualifications:*** * Second-cycle Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification by specialty (6 hrs). * RITE certification. * Fluorinated Gas Handling Certificate. * Valid driver’s license. * ***Aragon Government Refrigeration Technician Certificate.*** **Additional Information** ------------------------- We know that ***p******rofessionals are the cornerstone of our corporate identity and results***.
