You have experience assisting with and repairing machinery and installations in factory environments. Your technical knowledge and practical skills enable you to efficiently identify and resolve issues, ensuring uninterrupted production. You possess formal training in electricity or a related field, and have previously worked in similar roles, demonstrating your ability to maintain and repair industrial equipment. You are proactive and detail-oriented, always seeking to improve processes and ensure workplace safety. Your ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments is essential for coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring all factory needs are met. Additionally, you are able to adapt to new technologies and working methods, staying up to date with industry best practices. ABOUT THE ROLE In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our company's machines and facilities. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Executing the annual preventive maintenance plan and resulting monthly and weekly plans. * Performing corrective maintenance to address and resolve any issues that arise. * Carrying out necessary operations aimed at preserving, extending, and maintaining good performance of machines and installations, eliminating and reducing breakdowns, failures, manufacturing downtime, and material costs, both in use and as spare parts. * Participating in the development of execution standards to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with best practices. WHAT I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE **To succeed in this role, it is important that you have the following qualifications and skills:** * **Education:** FP II in industrial electricity or equivalent higher vocational qualification. * **Industrial automation:** Programming and use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). * **Experience:** With frequency drives and industrial instrumentation. * **Knowledge:** Of mechanics and pneumatics. * **Highly desirable:** Boiler operator certification. **Additionally, we are looking for someone with the following capabilities:** * **Communication and influence skills:** To interact effectively with different teams and stakeholders. * **Coordination ability:** To manage and organize tasks efficiently. * **Responsibility-taking and goal-orientation:** To make decisions and take actions that contribute to team and company success. * **Ability to view changes and challenges as opportunities:** To adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
