At BayWa r.e. Solar Systems SLU, we are seeking an e\-Commerce Specialist B2B (NetSuite) who wants to become the functional reference for our NetSuite-based B2B e-commerce platform. This position targets a person capable of managing projects and passionate about enhancing customer experience. We are not looking for a software development profile, but rather someone who can understand business needs, translate them into solutions, and coordinate their implementation with internal teams and technology partners. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our B2B Webshop platform, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers a high-level digital experience for our customers. Your responsibilities What will you do on a day-to-day basis? **Platform management:** Define, prioritize, and manage the platform’s development backlog. Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into improvement initiatives. **Data analysis:** Monitor user behavior and support the Data Analysis team in maintaining BI platforms. **Project management:** Coordinate European-level evolution and maintenance projects for the NetSuite-based B2B Webshop platform (together with other group subsidiaries). **Marketplace control:** Identify webshop digital features and services, including AI-based assistants to enhance user experience. **Process analysis:** Analyze business processes and document them using Blueprints. **Bug\-fixing and quick\-wins:** Evaluate execution success and track continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives registered via platforms such as Jira (tickets). Your profile What are we looking for? Experience 2–3 years of experience as a Webshop Specialist, Product Owner, Business Data Analyst, Digital Product Specialist, or similar role. Experience managing eCommerce or B2B Webshop projects. Experience working with NetSuite-based platforms or similar ERP/eCommerce solutions. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams. JavaScript programming knowledge is highly valued. Knowledge Agile and/or Scrum methodologies. Project management using Jira. Process analysis and documentation (Blueprints). Functional management and evolutionary maintenance of eCommerce platforms. Product and feature configuration in B2B eCommerce platforms. Experience with AI solutions applied to eCommerce or virtual assistants, and with databases (Azure/SQL) and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., is valued. Education University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Information Systems, or related disciplines. Scrum, Agile, or Product Management certifications are valued.
