The mission is to coordinate, lead, and support the team across all distribution processes to ensure smooth service operations and deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities: * Coordinate, organize, and assign team tasks for proper service management. * Train newly hired staff within the department. * Make decisions and intervene in resolving incidents with customers and correspondents. * Supervise daily tasks to ensure team work quality and resolve incidents. * Proactively manage daily vehicle profitability across agencies. * Meet and enforce delivery deadlines. * Achieve at least 98% of daily production targets. * Proactively propose service improvements together with billing, export, and warehouse departments. * Implement assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence demonstrating compliance and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Assign and distribute tasks among team members based on workload volume and individual experience. * Supervise, support, and monitor daily operational work; correct deviations or issues as needed. * Ensure and guarantee a healthy working environment. * Welcome new department staff and provide initial instructions for proper job execution. * Coordinate the team on all department-related matters to ensure smooth operations. * Manage and resolve team and correspondent incidents. * Propose system, process, and tool improvements. * Supervise, analyze, and resolve the daily task backlog to achieve 100% of daily deliveries and pickups. * Daily supervision and control of agency vehicle efficiency and profitability. * Analyze situations and resolve incidents to deliver effective, high-quality service. * Download and analyze internal system data on supplier costs, review results, and identify potential variances and increases. * Analyze and verify delivery and pickup KPIs. * Analyze work processes and develop improvement proposals to enhance system agility and team performance. * Annually negotiate optimal vehicle costs with respective agencies. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics / International Trade * Basic knowledge: English B2 level and Microsoft Office Suite * Specific knowledge: People management and team organization * Experience: 5 years * Minimum probationary period: 6 months RHENUS OVERLAND TRANSPORT SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
