Key profile requirements:** * **Languages:** French (high level), Spanish (native or very high) and English (desirable). * **Previous experience:** Minimum 3 years in responsible positions in port logistics, forwarding, shipping agency or international transport. Demonstrated experience in coordinating maritime and land operations, customs documentation management, and team leadership. * **Education:** University degree in Logistics and Transport, International Trade, Nautical Science, Business Administration or similar. Additional training in customs management, AEO or port regulations will be valued. * **Technical knowledge:** * Forwarding and international logistics procedures. * Container cargo and conventional goods handling. * Customs and port regulations (especially in Spain and EU). * Coordination of multimodal transportation. * Logistics management and documentation software tools. * **Important skills:** Leadership, decision-making, planning, incident management, effective communication, negotiation and customer orientation **.
