Summary: We are seeking a Coordinator to manage and organize a field worker team responsible for installing traps for pest control. Highlights: 1. Field team coordination experience 2. Problem-solving skills and agility in handling incidents At Probodelt, a company specialized in the development and manufacturing of traps and attractants for mass insect capture (agricultural and forestry pest control), we are looking for a Coordinator. Their main responsibilities will be to manage and organize a field worker team tasked with installing traps on farms. * 6 months of experience. Prior experience performing similar tasks will be valued. * Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate * Competencies / Knowledge: Mandatory: \- Leadership ability \- Experience coordinating field teams \- Autonomy \- Decision-making ability \- Extensive problem-solving experience \- Agility in resolving incidents \- Experience working under pressure * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '1900' * Other relevant information: You fit the profile if: \- You hold a driving license (with experience driving long distances) \- You are available to travel \- You have computer skills and proficiency with technological tools (PC, mobile phone, WhatsApp, etc.) We offer: \- Opportunity to join a growing company \- Temporary contract (approx. 5 months) \- Full-time work schedule \- Salary: 1800\-1900 gross/month x 12 payments
