Responsibilities: * Manage daily accounting operations, including preparation and review of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accounting ledgers. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. * Collaborate on year-end accounting and tax closing processes, including preparation of necessary adjustments and provisions. * Administer invoicing, collections, and payments to optimize cash flow. * Coordinate with the Human Resources department for payroll processing. * Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget. * Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure compliance with all tax obligations. * Support internal and external audits. * Stay updated on current accounting and tax regulations. Requirements: * University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within the technology sector. * Proficiency in accounting and financial management software; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus. * Strong understanding of accounting standards (local/international) and experience in financial reporting. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Proactivity and adaptability to rapid changes typical of the technology sector. * English language proficiency (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
