Job Summary: We are seeking a production worker in the construction sector for tasks including machinery operation, process supervision, maintenance, and work optimization in Puertollano. Handling of heavy materials and inspection of parts We need personnel to work as production workers in the construction sector in Puertollano. Duties include operating machinery, supervising manufacturing processes, performing basic equipment maintenance, collaborating on work optimization, keeping the area clean and organized, preparing molds and reinforcements, handling heavy materials using an overhead crane, and participating in post-production and part inspection. Immediate availability is required, along with willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night). One year of experience in construction, rebar work, or formwork is desirable. A valid Class B driving license, physical capability for manual tasks, ability to stand for extended periods, teamwork skills, and good communication skills are also required. A full-time temporary contract (40 hours per week) is offered, with potential for permanent employment. The salary is €11.22 per hour gross, according to the collective agreement. Shifts run Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, or 22:00 to 06:00\.
