The intern will carry out practical training in the **Digital Transformation \& Data Analytics** area, collaborating with specialists in data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital project management, and digital transformation strategy development. **Training objectives** During the training program, the intern will have the opportunity to learn how data analytics and digital technologies contribute to optimizing business processes and supporting decision-making within a leading aerospace organization. Key learning activities will include: * Learning the fundamentals of developing and optimizing data flows, participating in information processing and analysis using Python-based tools and libraries designed for efficient data processing. * Collaborating in designing and building interactive dashboards to facilitate indicator visualization and support decision-making across various organizational areas. * Understanding the implementation process of generative artificial intelligence solutions in the corporate environment, participating in documentation, functional testing, and dissemination of best practices to foster adoption. * Becoming familiar with artificial intelligence tools used at Airbus, understanding their practical application in improving productivity and knowledge management. * Participating in monitoring digital transformation projects related to the Internet of Things (IoT) and immersive technologies, understanding the different phases of planning, coordination, and control of technological initiatives. * Collaborating in preparing and updating project documentation, tracking milestones, activities, and progress alongside the various involved teams. * Learning the process of defining and planning a digital transformation strategy, participating in organizing and documenting initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives. * Developing competencies in data analysis, organization, communication, planning, and collaborative work within an international technological innovation environment. The activities carried out will allow practical application of knowledge acquired in the Advanced Program, especially in the following areas: * Organizational management and leadership of digital transformation projects. * Applied data analytics for business decision-making. * Artificial intelligence and process automation. * Technological project management and innovation. * Digital transformation and continuous improvement. * Development of key competencies such as analytical thinking, communication, planning, collaboration, and results orientation. **Mentoring and follow-up** The intern will benefit from a structured mentoring plan including: * Ongoing tutoring by professionals from the Digital Transformation \& Data Analytics department. * Definition of training objectives and periodic learning progress reviews. * Continuous feedback oriented toward developing both technical and transversal competencies. * Coordination between Airbus Helicopters España and the academic program to ensure proper execution of the training project. **Preferred qualifications:** * Interest in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Organizational skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * English proficiency sufficient to operate effectively in an international environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Python, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar), SQL, or technologies related to data analytics and artificial intelligence will be considered advantageous.
