Computer Applications Instructor

Description

We are seeking an instructor to teach the "Office Applications" module of the Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in SMR (Microcomputer Systems and Networks) within the Information Technology branch of Vocational Training. Within Proyecto Hombre Madrid, we are a publicly funded Vocational Training center specializing in the field of Information Technology, and we are looking for an instructor to deliver this module in person at our Madrid center. Responsibilities: * Prepare, plan, and deliver lessons according to the subject curriculum: creating and adapting pedagogical resources. * Grade assignments and exams: assessing student performance, assigning grades, and providing feedback. * Ensure student welfare at the center: monitoring and enforcing the Coexistence Plan, applying disciplinary measures in accordance with the Internal Regulations, tracking attendance, preparing reports, identifying students with low academic performance, offering additional support when necessary, and keeping families informed about the learning process. * Coordinate with the teaching staff and guidance service: attending faculty meetings, evaluation meetings, and didactic coordination meetings. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Technical Engineering in Management/Systems, or a Bachelor's degree in Sciences plus demonstrable professional experience as an IT specialist for at least three years. * Residency in Madrid. * Master's Degree in Education or CAP (Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude). We offer: * Contract until August 31, thereafter indefinite. 7 hours per week: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:50 PM to 8:30 PM, and Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM\. * Continuity for future academic years. * Gross monthly salary of €758. * In-person modality.
