The role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem‑solving, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, accurate, and compliant visual data outputs. The developer will also support junior team members when needed but will not serve in a lead or supervisory capacity. The position involves working with business users to define requirements; profiling and mapping clinical and operational data; designing and testing visualization models; ensuring governance and compliance; and providing clear explanations of visual outputs and associated limitations. The developer will also contribute to information lifecycle management within visualization solutions and support compliant access to clinical data. Collaboration with Privacy, Risk, Assurance, Information Security and other regulatory functions is expected to ensure data standards and controls are consistently met. The role also includes developing deeper expertise in clinical data standards, visualization techniques, metadata models, and tools. The developer will gradually build domain knowledge within at least one therapeutic area and maintain a good understanding of roles and processes across drug development.**Education \& Background Requirements*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analysis, Big Data, Quantitative Methods, Bioinformatics, Data Analytics, OR a life‑science field (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology) with proven data‑analysis experience (e.g., GitHub projects, Kaggle work, publications). * Fluent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Effective organization, attention to detail, and accuracy. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability. * Ability to leverage data to address business challenges and provide meaningful insights to medical reviewers. * Methodical working style with a focus on high‑quality output. **Technical Skills*** Experience using data visualization tools such as **Power BI** or **Tableau**. * Programming experience in **R** or **Python** for data processing, analysis, and presentation. * Good proficiency in at least two core areas: **R, Python, Power BI (or equivalent)**. * SQL familiarity is a strong advantage. **Optional / Nice‑to‑Have*** General understanding or interest in clinical trials and the drug development process. * Basic knowledge of **SAS** * Exposure to project coordination or basic project management tasks.
