Tasks include periodic inspections to prevent failures and repairs when damage or malfunctions occur. Incidents specific to the trade must also be resolved, ensuring all systems operate without issues, and completed work must be reviewed to meet quality standards. Another important aspect is proposing improvements to enhance daily operational efficiency. Additionally, all tools and machinery must be controlled and maintained in good condition, and warehouse management—including inventory tracking of materials required for work—must be performed. A methodical approach and attention to detail are valued to maintain facilities in optimal condition. The work environment requires solving practical carpentry and maintenance problems by analyzing situations and applying durable solutions. Team collaboration is essential, as coordination with other professionals on complex projects is often necessary. Therefore, strong social skills and communication abilities are required to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician or carpenter is required. Solid knowledge in carpentry, locksmithing, door fitting, and reinforcement bar work is mandatory.
