Job Summary: FAIRSON is seeking a C# Developer to design, evolve, and maintain internal applications within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Challans—45 minutes from Nantes—**FAIRSON** specializes in inventory outsourcing. We operate across France and internationally for a diverse client base including retail chains, manufacturers, and key accounts. The quality of our interventions, our team’s expertise, and our ability to tailor services to our clients’ needs have established us as a recognized player in a growing market. In this context, the development and evolution of our internal tools play a critical role in our organization and performance. As a C\# Developer, you will participate in the design, evolution, and maintenance of our internal applications, used by our teams in France and internationally. You will be involved throughout the entire application lifecycle, contributing to reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our tools—ensuring they meet the needs of operational and support teams. Based in Spain, you will work closely with the development team located in France. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** You will join a development team with direct contact with internal users. Accordingly, you will perform the following duties: **Application Development** * Design, develop, and maintain C\# / .NET applications across various environments; * Develop solutions meeting defined requirements, specifications, and internal standards; * Adapt existing functionalities to user-expressed needs; * Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of developed solutions; * Participate in integration and updating of FAIRSON solutions. **Maintenance and Technical Support** * Diagnose and resolve anomalies reported by users; * Ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications; * Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to track incidents; * Write and maintain technical documentation; * Contribute to request management and tracking (ticketing tool). **Continuous Improvement** * Identify development needs and propose functional or technical optimizations; * Participate in optimizing application performance and reliability; * Contribute to simplifying and improving existing processes; * Participate in technology monitoring and sharing of best practices. ***IDEAL PROFILE*** Are you rigorous, solution-oriented, and do you value purposeful work?
