Cooperative, diverse, and equal-opportunity environment **Responsibilities** As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability while delivering optimal customer service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store’s KPIs, comply with company procedures and policies, and represent Sprinter in the most professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities: Customer Experience * Deliver excellent service levels to customers. * Address customer inquiries and complaints, offering the best possible solution. * Ensure sales staff appearance complies with company guidelines. * Manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team to guarantee adherence to company-defined customer service guidelines and procedures. Sales * Analyze reports and dashboards to support decision-making aimed at boosting sales or correcting deviations, ensuring achievement of targets. * Guarantee control over store records for KPI analysis (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT), applying insights to store operations. * Manage store resources, seeking efficiency and adapting them to store needs. Visual Merchandising * Use visual merchandising to attract, engage, and motivate customers to purchase in-store through the latest visual techniques. * Provide support to maintain standards in the sales area. * Ensure all new launches and promotional products are displayed in the correct locations. * Maintain clean and presentable stock at all times. Training \& Development * Foster team progress. * Provide support during onboarding and training of new staff. * Assist in developing existing staff, ensuring they complete relevant evaluations. Human Resources * Select candidates for store positions based on competencies. * Guarantee proper implementation of HR policies and collective bargaining agreements. * Ensure full compliance at store level with all Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) regulations.
