What We’re Looking For We seek a candidate with a technical foundation, a practical mindset, and strong motivation to learn, to participate in developing customized AI agents for businesses. We do not seek a theoretical profile nor someone focused solely on prompts. We seek someone capable of understanding real business processes, building solutions, testing them, improving them, and deploying them into the client’s daily operations. Your Responsibilities The role will focus on building autonomous and guided agents for areas such as sales, administration, customer support, reporting, operations, and internal coordination. The goal is to build systems that work, get adopted, and deliver real impact. Responsibilities \- Develop customized AI agents for businesses. \- Create automations and workflows connected to real-world tools. \- Integrate APIs, documents, forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, and clients’ internal tools. \- Test, debug, and refine agents until they are production-ready and useful. \- Document processes and maintain deployed solutions. \- Rapidly learn new tools, models, and AI approaches as the technology evolves. Ideal Candidate Profile \- Technical background or studies in computer science, software development, data, automation, telecommunications, or related fields. \- Programming knowledge, preferably Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. \- Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and automations. \- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into functional systems. \- Proactive attitude, organization, curiosity, and sound judgment when solving problems. \- Eagerness to learn quickly and work on real-world projects with clients. Nice-to-Have \- Experience with REST APIs. \- Experience with or interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Pi, or similar. \- Advanced use of AI tools to build, debug, or accelerate real technical work. \- Basic Git proficiency. \- Personal, academic, or learning projects you’ve built yourself. \- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms. Working Conditions \- Work mode: Hybrid. \- Reference location: Beniparrell, Valencia. \- Working hours: Full-time. \- Contract type: Permanent contract. \- Annual gross salary: 18\.000 \- 24\.000 EUR.
