We need to hire sports instructors for the Municipal Sports School of Sitges program, delivering sports and motor activities aimed at children in Early Childhood and Primary Education. Selected candidates will participate in delivering Psychomotor Skills, Sports Initiation, and Pre\-Sports activities, adapting sessions to participants’ different ages and skill levels, and following the schedule established by the technical coordination team. \- Lead and deliver sports sessions according to the schedule established by the technical coordination team. \- Dynamically manage the group of children in a responsible and professional manner, ensuring their care, safety, and well-being at all times. \- Adapt activities and exercises to participants’ varying ages, skill levels, and needs. \- Deliver psychomotor, sports initiation, and pre\-sports activities aligned with the program’s objectives. \- Report to technical coordination any relevant issues, incidents, or situations related to the activity, participants, or program operations. \- Conduct periodic checks of sports equipment and ensure proper collection and storage after each session. \- Collect children enrolled in psychomotor activities and those in the first level of Sports Initiation before activities begin, according to the established schedule. \- Accompany and supervise children until they are collected by their families at the end of the activity. \- Attend monthly Saturday morning meetings of the Sports Initiation group. \- Collaborate with other instructors and technical coordination to ensure proper service operation.
