Teamwork and continuous improvement of management MISSION With a focus on customer experience, your primary mission will be to participate in and contribute the cross-functional perspective of insurance benefits to Santalucía Group projects requiring involvement from the department, leveraging expertise and participating in identifying implementation solutions for new processes and tools. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in projects as part of a team. Ensure a holistic departmental perspective across all projects you engage in. Support the Project Manager and IT Lead in executing tasks associated with achieving project milestones. Participate in project execution according to the relevant plan, ensuring achievement of assigned milestones and alignment with the overall project roadmap. Convey the insurer’s business and service perspective to the Project Manager and IT Lead to identify optimal solutions for tools and processes. Report progress on assigned milestones to the Project Manager. Apply lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement of management practices. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in the insurance sector. Knowledge and experience in the insurance sector, with focus on benefits and claims management. **Required Knowledge:** University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Project management tools. **Skills:** Strong communicator with business acumen. Critical and analytical thinking, with proactive attitude. Continuous adaptability to change. High capacity for learning. Creativity. Teamwork skills.
