**Grup Sintagmia** is a group of companies specializing in the **management of sports, social, and leisure services**. We manage various facilities and installations, working to ensure that users enjoy a high-quality, safe, and accessible service. We are seeking to hire a person to join the team at our Vallirana Sports Centre, where they will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility during weekends (on an alternating basis). The position combines **janitorial duties, assistance to sports teams, and maintenance of order and cleanliness across the premises**. **What will you do?** * Manage sports teams’ access to the facility. * Issue and collect changing-room keys so teams can change. * Inspect changing rooms between teams, preparing them for the next team’s arrival. * Remove and replace trash bins in changing rooms and other areas. * Clean the spectator stands, primarily by sweeping and removing debris. * Keep circulation areas and spaces adjacent to the stands clean and in good condition. * Ensure general order and overall condition of the facility during your shift. * Identify and report any incidents occurring during your shift. * Support teams and users to ensure sporting activities proceed normally. **Who are we looking for?** We seek a person who is: * Responsible, organized, and service-oriented. * Autonomous and capable of working without constant supervision. * Courteous with people and focused on user assistance. * Accustomed to maintaining order and cleanliness in shared spaces. * Prior experience in janitorial work, cleaning, maintenance, or sports facilities is valued. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed-term discontinuous contract**, from September to June. * **Alternating weekends**: one week working (Saturday and Sunday), the next week off. * **Working hours:** 08:00–14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. * **Salary: €214.12 gross per month × 12 payments.** **Would you like to join us?** If you are interested in this position, apply to the job posting and we will contact you!
