At Diversport, we are looking for a Leisure Director with energy, leadership ability, and passion for the educational field to coordinate the Summer Day Camp in Les Masies de Voltregà. If you enjoy organizing, coordinating teams, and making something special happen every day… keep reading You will be the reference person for the day camp: Coordinate the educational team Organize daily service operations Supervise activities and programming Manage incidents and support the team Ensure a safe, educational, and motivating day camp Serve as the liaison between the team, families, and coordination * Minimum 4 months of experience. . * Competencies / knowledge: Priority will be given to candidates holding qualifications as: Leisure Director // \_Sociocultural and Tourism Animator ROPEC/ROPELL as Director Experience coordinating summer day camps Leadership and organizational capacity: A decisive, approachable, and proactive individual Strong interpersonal skills with children, families, and the educational team Experience coordinating summer day camps Leading an educational project with tangible impact Working collaboratively within an engaged and dynamic team A real, positive work environment Autonomy supported by coordination An intense, enriching, and experience-filled summer * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (32 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional relevant information: Workplace: Summer Day Camp – Les Masies de Voltregà Period: From June 15 to July 31 Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00–15:00 or 9:00–17:00 Weekly workload between 35 and 37.5 hours Labor conditions: Leisure Sector Collective Agreement Category: Activities Coordinator Fixed-term discontinuous contract
