Job Description:
**MISSION**
As a Data Team Leader (Data Business Partner), you will lead and coordinate analytics, design, and development teams for analytical and informational solutions within the Office of the Data (Customers \& Data). Your objective is to manage Big Data projects, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with business strategy while promoting innovation, scalability, and excellence in data utilization. **KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Collaborate with business units to analyze their needs and translate them into analytical and data solutions that deliver value.
* Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team in project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
* Support the definition and implementation of the data strategy and its governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Design the project execution strategy (short-, medium-, and long-term), including phases, timelines, scope, impacted systems, team configuration, and critical points.
* Manage external resources, negotiating with internal and external providers (RFPs, T\&M) to secure the best technical, functional, and strategic offering.
* Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation plans and resolving conflicts in assigned projects.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing the analytical platform’s operations.
* Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost and resource control.
* Define control points and reporting mechanisms, preparing status reports and metrics for senior management (Steerings).
**PROFILE** **Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Mathematics.
**Experience:**
* Minimum 4 years managing and executing analytical and reporting projects in Big Data or Data Science environments.
* Experience leading teams and coordinating technology projects.
**Knowledge:**
* Analytical cloud environments: Microsoft Azure and Databricks (GCP or AWS experience is a plus).
* Big Data: Spark platforms, database design and modeling.
* DevSecOps methodologies and technologies.
* Reporting tools: Power BI.
* Insurance sector and knowledge of its processes and regulations (a plus).
**Languages:**
* Advanced English (B2\-C1 level).
