Knowledge of North African traditional Moroccan and Arab cuisine will be highly valued. A secondary education diploma is required. Basic knowledge of Spanish is required. An indefinite-term contract and full-time schedule are offered, with working hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM and from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. \* Dish preparation \* Control and management of raw materials \* Kitchen organization and compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols \* Coordination with the kitchen team * 36 months of experience in tasks typical of a chef.
