We need to select a Workshop Manager on a full-time basis to fill a position at one of our service centers located in Vélez Málaga. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve, and exceed if possible, the center’s established job target and budget. Staff Management and Development at the Center, and Self-Development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all tools available within the company. **Quality Management:** Apply—and ensure proper application of—the technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle requests to send documentation to Administration to support billing or customer audits; perform assembly tasks (replacements and repairs) as needed, demonstrating availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell the center’s available products and/or services to customers; identify opportunities, conduct corporate visits, etc., as necessary to generate jobs for the center.
