Job Summary: Carglass is seeking a Workshop Manager to maximize center performance, manage and develop staff, serve customers, ensure quality, and carry out technical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maximize the center’s performance and profitability. 2. Manage and develop the team to maximize productivity. 3. Provide solutions to customers and guarantee service quality. We need to select a Workshop Manager on a full-time basis to fill a position at one of our service centers located in Reus. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve, and exceed where possible, the center’s target job volume and budget. Team Management and Development & Self-Development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all available company tools. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure correct implementation of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle requests for sending documentation to Administration to support billing or customer audits; perform installation tasks (replacements and repairs) as needed, indicating availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell current center products and/or services to customers; identify opportunities—including corporate visits—as required to generate jobs for the center.
