Join a team where imagination and artistic expression combine with cultural outreach.** We aim to hire a **Cultural Mediator** for a leading cultural space dedicated to promoting and disseminating contemporary art in the city of **Barcelona**. Your primary role will be conducting guided tours to facilitate visitors' understanding of the center’s artworks, adapting content according to audience profiles and ensuring the best possible experience. **Imagine your daily routine:** * Guide visiting audiences throughout the tour, providing clear and engaging information about the exhibitions, while encouraging interaction with visitors to generate a dynamic experience. * Explain concepts related to art and culture in an accessible and enriching manner, tailoring your discourse to the audience’s profile. * Prepare periodic reports on activity implementation and relevant observations to improve the project. **What We Offer:** * **Opportunity** to join a leading team in cultural management, committed to promoting the value of cultural heritage and making\-it accessible to people. * **Training and continuous learning:** You will grow in an environment that invites you to make small daily decisions, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Contract:** Temporary contract. * **Working hours: 30 h/week:** **High Season:** * Tuesdays to Fridays: 14:45–20:00. Alternate weekends: Saturdays 9:45–20:00 and Sundays 9:45–19:00. **Low Season:** * Tuesdays to Fridays: 14:15–19:00. Alternate weekends: 9:45–19:00. * **Start date:** April 2026\. * **Workplace:** Barcelona. **Requirements:** ----------------- * A person with excellent communication skills, capable of capturing audience attention and generating interest; passionate about art; service-oriented and a team player; able to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. * **Education:** Degree in Tourism, Advertising and Public Relations, Humanities, Communication, History, Art History, Fine Arts, or equivalent fields. * **Languages:** Native or bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; advanced level in English and French for delivering guided tours. * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service, guided tours and/or workshops in any cultural mediation and/or education setting. * **Most importantly:** An enthusiastic individual capable of bringing unique experiences to life through art and culture.
