**Field 1** Ensure accurate recording and tracking of accounting transactions related to creditors, guaranteeing compliance with internal accounting regulations and company procedures, thereby contributing to the proper execution of monthly financial closings and maintaining reliable financial information. **Field 2** End-to-end management of the creditor invoice workflow using SAP VIM. * Accounting registration of invoices in SAP/VIM (IFRS accounts, texts, tax codes, and other required information). * Assignment of invoices to the appropriate approvers, correctly identifying the department and approval responsibility. * Submission of invoices for authorization and follow-up until final posting. * Management of DUAs (Customs Declaration Forms) and import invoices. * Unlocking of invoices in SAP for subsequent payment. * Handling and resolution of incidents related to creditors and internal departments. * Management and monitoring of the Accounting Department’s corporate email. * Telephone support, documentation, and archiving. * Participation in departmental meetings as well as interdepartmental meetings. * Claiming and tracking of invoices pending receipt in the system. * Review and analysis of accounting accounts, especially provisions, prepaid expenses, deposits, and other balance sheet and operating accounts. * Review, control, posting, and payment of expense reports (per diems) to staff. * Collaboration in preparatory tasks for monthly closings. * Compliance with internal procedures and controls established by the company. * Participation in preparing documentation requested for internal and external audits. * Any other administrative accounting tasks assigned. **Field 3** Required Education * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, or equivalent qualification. * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related disciplines will be valued.
