This role is critical to guarantee effective backlog management, with special emphasis on defining user stories with a high level of technical detail and coordinating cross-functional teams. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all necessary layers, from conceptualization and design to quality and security assurance for applications to be deployed. We champion multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as backend (Java, .Net, NodeJS, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML\+JS\+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively valued. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog. * Write detailed, clear, and technically oriented user stories. * Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retrospectives). * Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions. * Define new services and work with APIs (web and app). * Ensure deliverable quality together with QA teams. * Collaborate closely with development, QA, architecture, and other stakeholders. * Coordinate distributed teams. * Maintain fluent communication with development, QA, and clients. * Work cross-functionally across multiple teams (product, technology, business). * Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team. * Foster a collaborative, motivating, and healthy environment. * Support team members' professional growth. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Experience as a Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Owner. * Strong backlog management and technical story-writing capabilities. * Experience working with APIs (definition or consumption). * Background in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with management tools such as **JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.** * Basic technical knowledge: **Postman, Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc.** * Understanding of QA/testing processes. * **Fluent English:** you will work with international teams. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work with distributed teams. * Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented profile. * Experience managing teams or leading people. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team.** We respect differences that make us more human. * **Camaraderie.** We work as a team and learn from each other. * **Flexibility and work-life balance.** Remote work is in our DNA.
