Actively participate in coding and incident resolution. **Job Description** The **Technical Development Lead** is responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team, ensuring correct implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Acts as the technical reference point, actively participates in architecture design, makes key technology decisions, and guarantees high standards of software quality, performance, and security. **Main Responsibilities** * Technically lead the development team and mentor junior and semi\-senior developers. * Design and validate application and system architecture. * Actively participate in coding, technical reviews, and resolution of complex incidents. * Define and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. * Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure efficient deliveries. * Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for each project. * Monitor performance, scalability, and security of implemented solutions. * Support technical planning, estimations, and scope definition. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Solid experience in software development (backend, frontend, or full stack). * Proficiency in at least one primary programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C\#, etc.). * Experience in architecture design, APIs, and databases. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Leadership ability, effective communication, and technical decision-making skills.
