We are looking for a **Supply Planner** to join our team in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona). **This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave**, playing a key role in efficient supply planning, ensuring material availability, and closely collaborating with suppliers, warehouses, and other internal departments. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitoring emails (suppliers, warehouse, accounting, etc.). * Analyzing coverage follow-up reports for order management. * Assessing material requirements. * Preparing, sending, and tracking purchase orders to suppliers. * Reviewing received delivery notes (price and quantity) in the system. * Tracking deliveries for receipt. * Monitoring KPIs (on time, in full). * Documenting stock deviation records. * Sending AAFF and controlling orders with suppliers. * Verifying packaging needs with the internal team. * Tracking consignment orders with suppliers. * Analyzing and creating production orders. * Reviewing the Rolling Forecast (non-binding) for submission to suppliers. * Participating in Operations meetings. * Attending Planning & Supply meetings for coverage follow-up. * Tracking product launches and changes together with the Operations Project Manager. * Managing transfer orders from external warehouse during summer season. **What do we require from you?** * Degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, or specific Supply Chain Management qualifications.** * Languages: Spanish (native/advanced), English (advanced). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong skills in: * Organization and analysis. * Communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Position details** * Location: Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona). * **Temporary contract to cover maternity leave.** **What we offer** * Social benefits through Flexible Compensation (childcare, transportation, meal allowance, private medical insurance). * Continuous training and growth opportunities within the group. * A dynamic, professional, and supportive team.
