At **UNIR** (Proeduca Group), we are looking for a **Student Support Coordinator** to join our **Student Support Team.** **What will you do?** * Provide personalized support to students through multiple channels: phone, email, and chat. * Manage and record all interactions in the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-up and excellent service delivery. * Lead key procedures such as enrollments, document management, and incident resolution, guaranteeing a seamless experience for students. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance student satisfaction. **What are we looking for?** * Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—to connect clearly and empathetically with students. * University degree or higher vocational training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone-based customer service environments handling high call volumes. * Passion for education and social impact, with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** A dynamic and collaborative environment where your work will have a direct impact on students’ lives.
