We are looking for a **Cloud Service Manager** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. You will lead the managed operation of an enterprise environment primarily based on Azure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring SLA compliance and continuous service improvement. They will also coordinate critical incident management and collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and technology partners. You will work with infrastructure, security, cloud platform, and FinOps teams.
