Job Description We are seeking a **Senior Consultant** with a solid technical background to participate in implementation and evolution projects for payroll and HR ERP solutions, working autonomously and in direct contact with clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Active participation in ERP solution implementation, evolution, and support projects. * Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership: Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and executives, proactively managing their expectations. Direct client interaction (customer-facing role), understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions. * Business Analysis: Deeply understanding the client’s operational requirements regarding payroll, personnel administration, and integration landscape, translating them into functional and technical specifications. * Team Management: Coordinating and motivating the multidisciplinary project team (functional consultants, developers, QA, etc.). * Risk and Quality Control: Identifying potential project deviations, mitigating risks, and ensuring the final product complies with quality and security standards under applicable legal regulations. * Oversight of the delivery process. Requirements **️** **Technologies You Must Know** * Java (8\+ / 11 / 17\) * REST APIs, JSON * Database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL…) * Advanced Unix usage * Repository management and knowledge (GitLab, Bitbucket) * Continuous Integration (CI/CD), Jenkins, Sonar **Other Desirable Requirements** * Valid PMI certification (PMP or CAPM) * Application security (OWASP, vulnerability management) * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) * Experience in large-scale payroll/personnel administration ERP projects * Domain knowledge: Prior experience managing implementations of Payroll/HR ERPs (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Meta4, Sage, or custom-built solutions). **Profile:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a consultant in IT or ERP environments. * Technical profile capable of understanding integrations, data, and functional architecture. * Experience working autonomously, managing one’s own tasks and priorities. * Accustomed to customer-facing environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-focused attitude. * Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Engineering), Telecommunications, or equivalent professional experience. **Innovation \& AI** At Sopra HR Software, we champion continuous innovation: * Interest in AI applied to HR. * Technological curiosity and a mindset of continuous learning.
